RetroN Sq is a cube-shaped HD game console that plays Game Boy family cartridges of old and plugs into any modern TV, so you can game like it’s the 1990s but with the comfort of your home TV, thus reliving your 8-bit games in all their pixelated glory!

RetroN Sq is small enough to be easily fit into any living room media setup or be squeezeed in the most crowded media cabinets. A cartridge slot on top allows to dock any Game Boy, Game Boy Color or Game Boy Advance cartridge, and an HDMI port in the back allows to hook it up to any modern TV, monitor, or projector, while the system automatically upscales all game footage to 720p, with the option to switch aspect ratio on-the-fly between the native 4:3 and the more contemporary 16:9 by simply flipping a control in the back. RetroN Sq comes with a wired USB gamepad that sports a D-pad, four action buttons, and a pair of shoulder buttons. It has an SD card slot in the back, preloaded with a memory card containing the console’s firmware. This easy way, you can take out the SD card and plug it into a laptop or SD reader to download any update.
