Frogger is a 1981 arcade action game developed by Konami and published by Sega. In North America it was distributed by Sega/Gremlin and it was released for the Intellivision console by Parker Brothers in 1983 under licence of Sega Enterprises Inc..
The object of the game is to direct five frogs to their homes by dodging traffic on a busy road, then cross a river by jumping over floating logs and alligators.
Frogger was positively received as one of the greatest video games ever made and was followed by numerous clones and several home sequels to the Frogger series. It has been ported to many home systems up to the present day, Parker Brothers received the license from Sega for the cartridge versions, thus releasing, among the many versions, also the one for the Intellivision console offered here.
