Celebrate 40 years of Atari’s legendary arcade classic Asteroids with this fully playable, 1/6th scale, arcade-accurate replica! Based on the first Asteroids production run in 1979, Asteroids x RepliCade plays the original arcade ROM and features ultra-high-resolution screen optimized for enhanced vector graphics. The cabinet also features the iconic Atari Owl Eyes diecast coin door, operator dip switches, and glow-in-the-dark anniversary edition packaging. Each of the 3,500 units are individually numbered and officially licensed by Atari.
Replicade x Asteroids cabinet measures 12" H x 4.25" W x 5.37" D and weighs in at 2.5 lbs. This 1/6th scale machine matches your 12-inch collectible figures and fits perfectly on your bookshelf, bar or desk. Atari built 47,840 Asteroids upright cabinets, this is a limited production to 4,000 (3,500 original upright & 500 Overhaul Ed) making this the most exclusive RepliCade to date.
Every detail in these amazing works of arcade art has been painstakingly reproduced, including the wood cabinet, illuminated marquee & cabinet accents, metal owl eyes coin door with stash box, from professionally reproduced cabinet art printed on high quality 3M vinyl overlays to the stunning 3D bezel.
Asteroids x RepliCade plays just like the arcade classic with 5 Playscale action buttons and 2 lighted Atari Volcano tall cone buttons. Featuring ultra-high-resolution screen optimized for vector graphic reproduction. Customize your Asteroids experience with dip switches to set number of Starting Lives, Reset High Scores, and even add in game sound effects to Attract Mode with the NEW RepliCade Attract Mode menu option.

I've been looking for one of these everywhere and was amazed to find one left in stock at InMediaShop. It's now arrived and what a great little arcade machine. Plays really well and overall quality is really good.
